We'll delete your data promptly upon request.
How to request account deletion
Email support@babygrade.net from the address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
Upon deletion we remove your account credentials, any saved child profiles, scan history stored on our servers, and subscription records. Anonymized aggregate usage data (not linked to you) may be retained for product improvement.
Data retention
All personal data associated with your account is deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request. Subscription transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax law.
Subscription cancellation
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before requesting account deletion.
